How I use your details

I'm James Graham, the owner of 50 Terako Terrace, Mt Lyford Village, and I'm selling it myself. This notice covers the details you give me through this website, by email or by phone.

What I collect

Your name, email address and phone number, and anything you write in a message or viewing request. When you open the documents, I record which ones and when. The site also counts page visits without identifying you.

Why

Only for the sale of this house: to reply to you, arrange viewings, send you documents or the agreement, and tell you if something about the property changes. I don't sell or share your details for any other purpose.

Who sees them

Me, and my lawyer if you make or ask about an offer. They're stored on a secured server in a database only I can sign in to.

How long I keep them

Until the sale has settled, then I delete them, unless the law requires me to keep something longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing james@bellbirdbrae.co.nz. If you'd rather I didn't contact you again, tell me and I won't.

Cookies

If you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics counts visits to this site. If you decline, it isn't loaded.
